We knew Miguel Cabrera was strong, but we didn't know his cells apparently soak up rays from the Earth's yellow sun and grant him powers and abilities far beyond those of mortal baseball players.
Case in point: One flattened baseball, courtesy of the Tigers' star slugger. And we do mean flattened. Just take a look at the picture.
The eye-popping feat occured as Cabrera belted his 28th home run of the year against the Indians Sunday. The Tigers lost the game, but that will be of little comfort to the undoubtedly traumatized ball.
